If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Send:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will:

  • Replace the item at no cost
    or

  • Issue a full refund

Size Confidence Policy

We know ordering online can feel uncertain.

If your item doesn’t fit as expected, you may request a one-time size exchange per order within 14 days of delivery.

Here’s how it works:

  • Item must be unworn and unwashed

  • Customer covers return shipping

  • We reprint and ship your new size

This allows us to help you get the right fit — without increasing prices for everyone.

Store Credit Option

If you change your mind, we offer store credit for eligible returns:

  • Must be unworn, unwashed

  • Must be requested within 14 days

  • Customer covers return shipping

  • Approval required before sending

We do not offer refunds for preference-based returns due to made-to-order production.

Order Changes

Orders move into production quickly.
If you need to make a change, contact us immediately. Once production begins, edits cannot be made.
